Manifesto v. 0.1

What if:
• our client’s problems were framed and addressed using new models that we help them build?
• consultants supported our collaborative work instead of our events supporting the consulting assignment?
• we sold and delivered solutions instead of facilitation? instead of events?
• we threw out the consulting model and built our own?

How would we take this proposition to market?
How could we sell and deliver it profitably?
How would we need to be organized?
